I want to share a little more with you about my painting, “Past Energy No Longer Consumes Me” which is currently on display in the gallery at OOAK Artisan Showcase. It is part of a group exhibit titled, ALL THAT’S PAST.

This painting was inspired and titled after the poetry of Tiamáni A’lexia .

Tia, as we call her, is what you’d call an “old soul”. She feels and expresses with such deep emotion, way beyond her years. She’s a very talented young lady, but she’s also very shy. For the time being you can read her poetry and hear in on audio, but she hasn’t worked her way up to performing it live as yet – working on it.
