I have arrived. Literally.
My flight was great. Upon arrival I grabbed my big suitcase, all my art supplies, and proceeded to the car rental. Guess what? They upgraded me. I had a choice of two cars, I chose this one.
Can you blame me?
After driving about 45 minutes from the airport I finally arrived in Newnan, Georgia. I stopped at a market to pick up food and other supplies (wine, Ok?), and then drove to my new home – my abode for the next month.
So far I am on cloud nine 1 – all the nerves were for nothing. WELL, I did have a couple of incidents but only because I chose that fancy vehicle. I parked it at the grocery store and then couldn’t figure out how to start it up and put it in gear…I ended up calling my daughters to get instructions. Oh, and to be honest I had to rub it in that I was driving around in a Range Rover – and a RED one at that! LOL
